1. Agreement

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Euridium platform (the “Service”) provided by [Euridium legal entity name], [registered address, Brussels, Belgium] (“Euridium”, “we”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

2. The Service — decision-support, not legal advice

Important. Euridium is a compliance decision-support tool. It helps you map systems to EU obligations, organise evidence, and draft documents. It does not provide legal advice and does not produce an automated legal verdict. Outputs (including AI-generated content and maturity scores) are indicative, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before you rely on them or submit anything to a regulator. You remain solely responsible for your regulatory obligations, including any statutory notification deadlines.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service unlawfully, or upload content you have no right to process.
Do not attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the Service.
Do not reverse-engineer or resell the Service except as permitted by law.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the data and documents you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service, including transmitting content you submit to AI features to our processor(s) for processing. See the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, regulatory mappings and templates, is owned by Euridium or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

7. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features [with reasonable notice for material changes].

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Euridium is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the Service's outputs. Our aggregate liability is limited to [the amounts paid in the [12] months preceding the claim]. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Fees
